Parent Portal Guide for Parents

Log In

Parent will receive an email with their email (username) and password. They will need to use that email and password to login. Parents will go to http://connect.adventisteducation.org or select the Login in Now.

Parent Portal View Explanation

Homepage

The Homepage provides parents with a view of the student schedule, student messages, student grades and current attendance percentage. The homepage is filtered by current quarter. Parents who have multiple students in schools who are using AE-Connect can select their names at the top switch view to see student information. .

Classes

Classes are an area parent can see all of the student's classes for the quarter. There is a term switcher for parent to choose past quarters.

Parents can click directly on the name of a class to be taken to the class detail pages to see assignments.

Messages

Messages is an area for parents to view the student messages that are sent between the student and the parent. Parents have an area to send messages that is accessible on the top right of parent portal.

Parent Messages

Parents can see and send messages from the Parent Portal by selecting the message icon on the top right of portal next avatar.
