How to Unenroll a Student

⚠️ IMPORTANT!

Before unenrolling student in the NAD Student ID Manager and AE-Connect the teacher must complete all attendance, grades and report cards (if receiving).  The school should also print any reports out of AE-Connect they may need for the student.


ONCE THE STUDENT IS UNENROLLED THEY ARE HIDDEN IN AE-CONNECT.

Step 1

In order to manage students effectively, they are first withdrawn to the NAD Dashboard Student ID Manager. You can access the dashboard here.
For detailed instructions on how to add a student to the Student ID Manager, please refer to this guide.

Step 2

After Students are entered into the NAD Student ID Manager they are synced into AE-Connect.
Sycning is found under Admissions ONLY.

Syncing removes them from the Enrolled to Unenrolled list.


Step 3

Navigate to the unenrolled list, select the student, select the profile to enter in their correct unenrolled date.
