School Profile

Overview

The School Profile comprises several sections designed to provide essential data for School Opening and Closing Reports, control security, establish grading scales, and manage school settings.

School Profile Section

The components of the School Profile section include:

  • School ORG ID and the School Name: These fields originate from eAdventist and are not editable by the school. However, the AE-Connect team can make changes in the event of a school name change.
  • Administrative Email: This is the designated email for school contacts.
  • Website: This will be displayed on the Student and Parent Portal in the footer.
  • Mailing Address:  This is a mandatory field and is used for reporting purposes.
  • Description: While optional, the description will appear in the footer of the Student and Parent Portals. It can encompass the school's mission, motto, or vision.
  • Student Levels: These levels are not editable by the school. The AE-Connect team will collaborate with the school to establish the appropriate levels for each school.
  • Options: This category includes Term Type, Four Day Week, School Minutes, School Closing, Is Partner Campus, and Parent-Teacher Meetings. These options are utilized for School Opening or School Closing Reports.
  • School Ethnic Groups: These are selected within the School Profile and are subsequently available to choose in the Staff & Student Accounts.
