School Profile

The school profile can be accessed by navigating to the School Profile option on the main menu.

The main school profile includes the following information:

  • School ORG ID
  • School Name
  • Administrative Email
  • Website
  • Year Opened
  • Mailing Address
  • Physical Address

Other features of the School Profile include:

  • Term Type
  • Four Day Week
  • School Minutes Met?
  • School has ECP
  • Parent-Teacher Meetings
  • School Ethnicities
    • School Ethinices are unique to each school. Each school can select their own set of school ethnicities that the school wishes to use. The school ethnicities that are selected here are available throughout AE-Connect in the Staff and Student accounts.
    • The school can add additional school ethnic groups by contacting Tech Support.
  • Description
    • The description can include the school's mission statement, vision, or any other pertinent information that the school deems appropriate. This descriptive text will be prominently displayed in the footer section of the Student and Parent Portal.
