Unenroll Student From a Class

Occasionally a student will need to be unenrolled from a class.

This guide will explain how to do that.


In order to make changes to the class schedule, you will need to start by accessing the Scheduling section and selecting the Class Schedule tab. It is important to note that the class schedule must be unpublished before any modifications can be made. To unpublish a class schedule, simply locate the gear icon to edit the schedule and toggle the appropriate option to unpublish. Don't forget to save your changes.



In order to access the class schedule and view the classes, simply click on the name of the desired schedule. Once you have done so, you will be able to see the list of classes offered for that particular quarter.



Once you are in the class schedule and have accessed a list of classes for the quarter, locate the class from which you need to withdraw students and utilize the gear symbol to open the respective class.

The Edit Class flyout will open and you will need to scroll down until you locate the list of students. You will then need to select the trash can icon next to the respective student. The student's status will change to grey and the changes will be saved. Please note that the student will not be officially withdrawn until you save the modifications.
