Student Portfolio

Review to Student Portfolio Setup to refer to permissions and collections.

The student portfolio is a dedicated space where educational institutions can conveniently upload important documents for students, including report cards, transcripts, and admission paperwork.


Student Portfolio is governed by Permissions set up the school.

Student Portfolio is visible under the Student Portfolio in the Student Records.

Users who have the permission to view Student Portfolio will see the tab in the student record.

Adding Files

User can ADD FILES to the Student Portfolio by using the yellow + and select Add Files. This will open a flyin to add the record.

Required field are: Year, Type and Name and file attachment.

Optional fields are: Description and Collections. Collections allow the school to sort the records using the filters.

Searching Files

Files can be sorted by selecting any of the headers: Name, Type, Date, Added by, Year, or Note.

Columns in the tab can be hidden or made visible by selecting the columns icon.

Schools can search using the filters icon to search for specific requests.

Collections can be sorted using the collections icon.
