Basic Admissions Registration

AE-Connect Basic offers a straightforward registration process for schools to gather essential data from students and parents.

Schools can conveniently provide prospective parents with a link to a one-page form, enabling them to provide basic information about the student and parent.

The parent will complete the form, and the school will need to review it. Afterward, the school can import the information to the Student Account once the student is enrolled into the school.

The form link is accessible in AE-Connect > Admissions > Registrations.

Note: Make sure to select the school year they are registering for in the Select School Year drop down. See here to start a new year

Once the form is completed, whether by a parent or the school, the registrations will be displayed in the registrations tab. The school can then select the name of the student to view the form.

Data Import

The school can import the data from the registration into the Student Account.

NOTE: The student must first be enrolled in the NAD Student ID Manager and synced to AE-Connect before the school can import. See here to Enroll Students.

Student registration data is imported through Admissions > Enrolled Students. To import data, simply select the three-dot menu next to the student of interest. From there, choose the option "Import Registration". A modal will then appear, allowing you to search the list of registrations that match the selected student. Once you have identified the correct registration, proceed to select "Import".

I select Felix because he was the student I select the three dots on.

Upon selecting the import feature from the aforementioned model, the school will efficiently import the student registration data into the Student Account.
