AE-Connect Tech Support

AE-Connect has three ways for users to contact them for support.

Note: The best two options are Ask via the Help Scout beacon or Slack.

Ask via Help Scout

AE-Connect has a Help Scout beacon that is aviable on all pages. (You probably clicked it to see this guide)

There are two sections to the Help Scout Answers and Ask. Users can select the Ask to Chat support when they are online or send an email after hours.

AE-Connect has a dedicated Slack just for those schools who are using AE-Connect to get support and updates.
