Student in Student ID Manager but not in Import_Data Rollup

This error can mean two things:



  1. This means that the student has an enrollment date outside of the school year. The students enrollment date much be updated to be within the school year ( between first and last day).
    1. To update the enrollment date you can do it manually per student by Admissions > clicking on stunts > profile tab and changing enrollment date or using our Mass Edit feature.


  1. This means that the student has been added to the NAD Student ID Manager but still needs to be synced into AE-Connect.
