Student in Student ID Manager but not in Import_Data Rollup

This error can mean two things:

  1. Students enrollment date is outside of the school year.
  2. Student is in Student ID Manager but has not been synced to AE-Connect.


  1. This means that the student has an enrollment date outside of the school year. The students enrollment date much be updated to be within the school year ( between first and last day).
    1. To update the enrollment date you can do it manually per student by Admissions > clicking on student > profile tab and changing enrollment date.

b. Students can be updated using our Mass Edit feature.


  1. Select Students. You can select students in individual or use the checkbox above the first student to select all.
    1. If you have more than 25 students you will want to first scroll down to "rows per page" and say ALL. Then you can go back to the top and select All students using the top check box under the grade filter.


  1. This means that the student has been added to the NAD Student ID Manager but still needs to be synced into AE-Connect.
