Enter Skill Grades

Skill grades are found in the Term Grade screen. Term Grades are found under My Subjects.

Select Subject from the main menu

Select the desired term from the top right corner and choose a class from the provided list to add skills.

Select the Term Grade from the Subject Menu. Then select Skills.

In order to enter skills there are a three options.

Option 1: Please click into the boxes to add a skill grade for each student individually.

Option 2: To save time, you can click on the name of the skill. A menu will appear with different options. You can select one of the available options to quickly fill that skill for all students.

Option 3: Another time-saving option is to click on the grade level heading. This will open an option menu where you can select one of the available options to quickly fill the skill for all students who have a blank box.

Instructional Level

Instructional Level in under Language Arts and Math for Grades 1-8 under the Term Grade> Class Grade.

Options are:

• X = Student is working with enrichment materials and/or acclerated instruction
• Y = Student is using grade level materials and functioning without modifications or extra assistance.
• YA = Student can attain grade level standards with accommodations.
• Z = Student is receiving modifications of assigments.
• None
