Manual Data Rollup

AE-Connect now offers the functionality to manually push a Data Rollup to the NAD Dashboard.

Permissions

Conference or school administrators must first enable the permission for authorized personnel to access the manual Data Rollup sync button.

Permissions are managed in the school profile under

• Security
• Choose the group who needs the permissions
• Click on App Settings to open the list of settings
• check Data Rollup Sync.

Users should check this for the security group that needs to have visibility.

Perform Manual Data Rollup Sync

Once permissions are granted, the user will be able to view the Data Rollup icon next to the school name.

The user will have the ability to select the icon to initiate the Data Rollup Sync. Once initiated, the icon will change to indicate that the sync is in progress.

Data Rollup Completed

The user will need to visit http://datarollup.nadeducation.org to see when their Data Rollup report is completed.
