Reset Parent Portal Password

The school is able to help parents get a password or reset the password in one of 2 ways.


Send Password Reset

The user selects students to whom the parent belongs. Next to the parent's name, the user clicks on the three dots and selects "Send Password Reset." This action will trigger an email to be sent to the parent, containing a link to reset their password. Parents are advised to check their SPAM folder if the email is not found in their inbox.



Resend a new Password

Users have the option to send parents a new password by disabling and re-enabling Portal Access for the parent. This action will trigger the sending of the parent's username and a new password via email. Parents are recommended to check their SPAM folder if the email is not located in their inbox.


To resend the password to a parent, toggle off the Portal Access and then back on.
