Admissions(Advanced)_Importing Students Information
Parents will complete the Admissions Process that the school set up. Parents will complete the process using their parent portal. When parents have completed all steps of the process the school can ACCEPT the students in the student dashboard area.
Only students who are ACCEPTED will appear for you to be dropdown for importing.
AE-Connect > Admissions> In Process> select the student > change status to Accepted.
The next step is for the student to be official enrolled in the school. Official enrollment is when the school adds the student to the NAD dashboard and the student is then synced into AE-Connect. When the student is accepted and official enrolled the school and then import the Admissions information into the student record.
AE-Connect> Admissions > Enrollments > use the three dots next to the student to import.
Only student who are in the ACCEPTED state will appear there. Select the student and choose import. This will import all the importable fields into the student record.
