Classes_Custom Ordering
Overview
AE-Connect provides teachers with the capability to create a customized sort order for their classes. This feature allows teachers to arrange the classes in a personalized order within the Classes list.
Custom Ordering Classes Information
Teachers have the ability to navigate to the Classes section and then select "Manage Order" on the right-hand side to initiate the ordering of classes. Once "Manage Order" is selected, the classes will be displayed with = to the left of the class name. Teachers can then rearrange the classes by dragging and dropping them in the desired order within the list. The custom class order will also reflect in the subject view, similar to the list view.

NOTE: Classes will need to be ordered each quarter. Custom class ordering is unique per quarter.
Custom Ordering Classes Setup
- Navigate to Classes, and select " Manage Order"
- After "Manage Order" is selected use the = next to each class to drag and drop classes in the order you wish them to appear.
- When the classes are in the order they should appear select "Save Order"
- Once you "Save Order" the classes will appear in that order in your class list. User can unselect "Use my custom order" to reset the ordering to the AE-Connect default.
