Student_Community Service
Overview
AE-Connect has facilitated the inclusion of community service in a student's record for schools. The community service hours will be added to the high school transcript.
Permissions
The school must activate the Community Service permission if the community service tab is not visible in the student record. Community Service can be found in AE-Connect > Security > under the Student section. It is crucial to select the security group before making any changes to permissions.
Description & Pictures
The allocation of Community Service is recorded for each student in their student profile. Users with Student Community Service privileges will have access to the community service tab.
Community Service entries can be made through the action menu. The community service flyout enables users to log the number of hours a student has contributed. The year and hours are mandatory fields, while all other fields are optional.
