Email Log
Overview
AE-Connect has implemented an email logging system designed to monitor various email activities, including sending, delivery, opening, and bouncing.
The system is capable of tracking the following types of emails:
- Parent Login Credentials
- Parent Password Reset
- Student Portal Link
- Staff Password Reset (self-initiated)
- Messages
- Broadcast Message
- Alert Message
- No Reply Message
Permissions
The school administrator will need to initiate the email log for the users who are to have access. They should navigate to School Profile > Security > Select the user group and enable the email log by turning on the View and Manage permissions.
Email Logs
The Email log provides users with the ability to track the status of sent, delivered, opened, and bounced emails. Additionally, users can preview the email using the designated icon. It's important to note that sensitive information, such as parent emails and passwords for the parent log, is redacted for security.
