Admissions_Forms in Spanish

Overview

AE-Connect has facilitated the creation of a Spanish inquiry form as well as enabled the school to manually create forms in Spanish. These forms can be incorporated into a process to be shared with parents who require Spanish language forms.

Spanish Inquiry Form

The creation of a Spanish inquiry form is performed manually in the Advanced Admissions of AE-Connect. The Spanish Inquiry form will have a different URL than the English version.

The user should navigate to Admissions, select the appropriate school year for the inquiry form, then go to Setup > Forms, and use the action menu to create a New Inquiry Form. The New Inquiry form flyout will open and the user should select Spanish and Save. This will create a Spanish inquiry form. The school can update the settings, copy the URL to add to website and then see the form in the forms list.

Spanish Forms

The user can manual create form in Spanish for those parents who need to complete the forms in Spanish. When the user is creating a new form in the Advanced Admissions there is a new field called Translated Help Text this field is what the user will see if the school wants to use a translated text not in English. The use should add the Translated Help text there.
