Parent Contact Report

Overview

The Parent Contact report is a comprehensive document that includes student information, parent details such as phone number, email, and address. This report can be printed as a PDF using the action menu or downloaded as a CSV file.

1. Navigate to Reports & Parent Contacts
2. User can use filters to narrow down the report
   1. Select Teacher: Choose either All Teachers or Select a Teacher.
3. Select Run Report to view.
4. User can utilize the yellow "+" to print the report to a printer or to PDF
5. User can use Download CSV on the right to download as a CSV (Excel) to the computer. CSV can be used to print the report in an Excel document to manipulate or add to another program.
   1. Report prints best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
