Grade Rank/Eligibility Report

Overview

The Grade Rank/Eligibility Report is a detailed report of Grade Rank. The school is able to choose filters to choose which to display.

Description & Pictures

  1. Navigate to Reports & Grade Rank/Eligibilty Report
  2. User can use filters to narrow down report
    1. Choose term
    2. Choose filters.
  3. Select Run Report to view.
  4. Use yellow + to print report.
    1. Report prints best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Currently, this report will only display the percent based on the class that is being displayed. However, we updating this to be exactly like Jupiter's Grade Rank/Eligibility Report

The report contains the student's name, grade ID number, and the average percentage of grades across all classes, regardless of the filters. The low grades section includes classes that met the chosen criteria.
