Truancy Report

Overview

The Truancy Report pertain to classes with Class Attendnce only.  This report comprises the student's name, grade ID number, and the total of absent(unexcused) and tardy (unexcused) depending on the filters.  

Description & Pictures

  1. Navigate to Reports & Truancy Report
  2. User can use filters to narrow down report
    1. Choose Period From
    2. Choose Period to
    3. Choose Grade Level (optional)
    4. Choose all classes combined or class separately.
    5. Choose filters to display results.
  3. Select Run Report to view.
  4. Use yellow + to print report.
    1. Report prints best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Currently, this report will only display the percent based on the class that is being displayed. However, we updating this to be exactly like Jupiter's Grade Rank/Eligibility Report
