Add/Edit Student Homeroom Teacher

Overview

Student must have a homeroom teacher. Homeroom teachers are used to filter attendance and some reports.

It is crucial to assign a Homeroom Teacher as it ensures that the student appears on the attendance list for their respective teacher.

Individual Student

Student Homeroom is found under the Student Profile.   You can select the homeroom teacher dropdown to select or change homeroom teacher.


Mass Edit Homeroom Teacher

Schools now have the capability to mass edit  homeroom teachers. To begin, you need to select a student, after which the edit option will appear. Then, you can proceed to select all the students you wish to edit, choose the specific property to edit, enter the data into the model, and confirm the changes.
