Generate Transcripts from Report Cards

The user has the capability to generate transcript records from the report cards. The transcript will only generate records based on the semester grades. When the semester grades are reported on the report card, the school can access student records to generate transcript records for one or more students. After the user selects "Generate from Term Grades," the flyout will open. The user has the option to generate transcript records for all students, choose a specific grade level, or choose a specific student to generate transcript records for on the student record. Permissions 

Student Transcript is activated through security settings. In AE-Connect, to activate the Student Transcript permission, first navigate to School Profile on main menu, then select Security. It is important to first select the security group before modifying permissions. Student Transcript located under the Student heading.  VIEW provides the User Group with the ability to view the Student Transcript and VIEW & MANAGE allow the User Group to modify the Student Transcript.   After view and/or manage are activated, the User Group will have the ability to view the Student Transcript  tab in the Student section.
