How to Make Changes to School Calender
Throughout the academic year, the educational institution may encounter unforeseen circumstances that necessitate the cancellation of classes. Such occurrences include Snow Days, Emergencies, Power Outages, and the like. Consequently, the school administration is obliged to modify the school calendar to accurately reflect the days when students were unable to attend classes. Please refer to the following steps:
Note: Changing the a day on the School Calendar to Non-School day, Cancelled, Staff Day or Holiday will remove that day from your attendance screen.
Scheduling > School Calendar
Find the specific day you wish to modify. Utilize the dropdown menu to designate it as a non-school day, staff day, or holiday. Afterwards, utilize the "+" symbol to append a comment on that particular day.
