Student Medical Records
Overview
The student medical section enables schools to store essential student medical information. It provides the functionality to add medical records for allergies, diagnoses, educational, health tests, medical files, immunizations, medical accommodations, and other. When adding a medical record, the school has the option to display it as an alert that will propagate throughout the system. This allows important medical information to be shared with individuals who need to be aware, even if they do not have access to the student medical page.

Student Medical Record
The Student Medical tab is located within the Student Record. It includes sections for Doctor, Dentist, and Insurance Information.
School staff can utilize the action menu to “Add Medical Record” for the students. The types of medical records include: allergy records, diagnosis records, health test results, medical files, immunization records, medication lists, medical accommodations, and other.
Medical Records marked with “Display Alert in Application” will show a badge next to the student's name in the Admissions list, Student List, Attendance List and Class list, alerting the school staff to the presence of a medical alert. The Medical Alert will also be displayed in the student card by selecting a student icon in the Admissions list, Student List and Attendance list.
Users with the permissions for Student Medical are able to add Student Medical Records and events. Student Medical Records can be added by going to the student account and using the yellow + action menu add.
Student Medical Event
School can add medical events to a student medical tab. The medical event is added in the Event section of a student record but displays in the medical tab. School staff can utilize the action menu to “Add Event and choose Medical Event.
