How to Edit School Year

AE-Connect allows schools to edit the school year after it has been created.

The user should navigate to:

  • AE-Connect
  • Choose Scheduling from the main menu
  • Select School Days
  • Select Edit School year on the right of the screen.
  • Edit School Year in the Flyout

Schools can also edit "Activate on". Activate On is the trigger that switches the entire view of AE-Connect to the school year. Generally, this is not done until after July 15, when the school has frozen the School Closing report.
