Introduction to Class Schedules
Add Class Schedule
- Access the Scheduling area from the navigation bar. Click the Class Schedule tab.
- From the action menu, click New Class Schedule.
- Within the New Class Schedule fly in, enter a Name and Abbreviation. Select the Term you wish the Class Schedule to be for, then click Save. The new term will appear in the Class Schedules list.

Add Class
- Access the Scheduling area from the navigation bar. Click the Class Schedules tab. Click the class schedule you wish to begin adding classes to.
- From the action menu, click Add Class.
- Within the Add Class Schedule fly in, enter the following required information:
Subject: Select the subject the class is taught in
Name of Class: For elementary the name of the class must match the name of the subject. The exceptions are modern language and elective.
Abbreviation: Enter an abbreviation you can quickly identify
Teacher: Select a primary teacher for the class
Grading Scale: Choose the grading scale appropriate for the class
Default Assignment Grading: Choose the Default assignment grading input as option you wish to set for every new assignment.
Class Schedule: Click the +Add button and do the following:
- Choose a Day Template
- Select a Track
- Select a Period
✅ If you use more than one day template within your school or if your class is scheduled in more than one period, repeat the last step until you have assigned every period appropriate for the class.
- Click Save to add the class to your schedule. Your new class will now be visible in the Class Schedule Class List page.
