Report Card Comments

Teachers can include comments on student report cards. Comments are added in the Term Grade tab in the Subjects area and within the Social Development/Work Ethic section.


Adding Class Report Card Comments

  1. From the navigation bar, click Subjects.

  1. Using the Select Term dropdown menu, choose the term you wish to finalize and post class grades for.

  1. Click on a subject from the list.

  1. Click the Term Grade tab located under the subject name.

  1. Click the Class Grade tab (this should be selected by default)

  1. Add comments for each student in:
    1. Comment field located in each student row

b. field located in each students grade detail fly in (click on the student's grade to activate the fly in)

IMPORTANT: Be sure to select the appropriate Term from the Select Term dropdown menu before you click on a subject.

Adding Social Development/Work Ethic Report Card Comments


  1. Access Social Development/Work Ethic by clicking the Social Development/Work Ethic link in the navigation bar.

  1. Using the Select Term dropdown menu, choose the term you wish to finalize and post skills for.

  1. Click the tab for the desired grade level you wish to post.

  1. Add report card comment in the field located at the end of each student row.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to select the appropriate Term from the Select Term dropdown menu before you click on a subject.
