Override a students grade

AE-CONNECT provides the option to override any class grade. This is done in the Term Grade / Class Grade screen.


To override a class grade:

  1. From the navigation bar, click Subjects.

  1. Using the Select Term dropdown menu, choose the term you wish to finalize and post class grades for.

  1. Click the Term Grade tab located under the subject name.

  1. Click on a grade in the table to activate the grade detail fly in.

  1. Click the Override check box at the bottom of the fly in, enter a in the Override Information field, and click Post.

The overridden grade will replace the calculated grade in the Class Grade table, with an indicator in the lower right of the cell denoting the grade has been overridden.
