Reposting/Unposting Class Grades and Skills
There are several important points to consider before proceeding:
- If report cards have been published, they must be unpublished before proceeding.
- Grades cannot be unposted, but they can be reposted.
Users are required to repost grades if they have made any modifications to a student's grade subsequent to its initial posting. To perform the repost, the teacher can navigate to the relevant subject or class and proceed to select the corresponding Term Grade. A red check mark will indicate any alterations made to the grade after its initial posting. In order to proceed, the user should click on the grade within the box featuring the red check mark. This action will prompt the appearance of a flyout, from which the user should select the option to Post.

How to Repost
Proceed to Term Grade for Reposting
The check mark will be displayed in red
Click inside the box to activate the flyout and open it
Once the user has selected "post" in the flyout, the checkmark will revert back to the color green. Subsequently, the updated grade will be accurately displayed on the report card. Moreover, the user will have the capability to republish the report card.
