Reposting Class Grades

AE-Connect does not allow unposting of grade once posted however the user can repost the grades.  Reposting of grades must be done one student term grade at a time.

Please note: if your report cards are already published you must first unpublish them.  

How to Repost Class Grades

  1. Navigate to the Class > Term Grade.
  2. The Term Grade that needs reposted will have a red checkmark indicating that the grade has changed since posted.
  3. User should select the grade and the flyout will open.
  4. User can select Post to repost the grade and commit new grade to report card.
    1. Optional: User can also override if desire( see guide for Overriding grade)

Once the user has selected "post" in the flyout, the checkmark will revert back to the color green. Subsequently, the updated grade will be accurately displayed on the report card. Moreover, the user will have the capability to republish the report card.
