Missing Next Year Status & Grade Level_Data Rollup
Overview
There are two ways to correct this error.
- Student by Student: The user will go to each student account to add in Next Year Grade Status and Next Year Grade Level.
- Mass Edit: The user is able to pull this two fields into our Grid Edit to see all the students and fields at once to complete.
Description & Pictures
Promoted to = moving to the next grade level
Placed in = staying in the current grade
Graduated = the student has completed and is graduating from 8th grade or 12th grade.
Student by Student
The user will go to Admission Students or Students complete Next Year Status and Next Year Grade Level for each student.
