Co-Teacher Functionality

Overview

AE-Connect offers the capability to add multiple co-teachers to a class. These co-teachers have the ability to take attendance, view the classes, create assignments, grade assignments, complete term grades, and access student data in the student list.

Description and Pictures

Co-Teachers can be added in the Add Class or Edit Class. The add class or edit class can be found in Scheduling (Admin View) or Class List (teacher view).

1. Scheduling > Class Schedules > Add or Edit Class.
2. Class List > use three dots next to class to Edit Class.
3. Co-teacher is a multi-select
