Users can review the final grades for each of their students. Users can post all students’ Class Grades using the yellow + action menu, or they can post individual student grades.

When all grades are posted a green checkmark will appear. This indicates that all class grades have been post and committed to the report card.

NOTE: Users may encounter a red checkmark indicating the grades was posted but changed after posting. The users will need to repost that grade individually.
Red Checkmarks

To turn the checkmark green again, the user must repost to update grade. The user should select the grade for the student and post to update the grade for the student to the final grade in gradebook. Users must repeat this process for each student with a red checkmark. All checkmarks must be green in order to complete report cards.

Override Grade
Users may need to replace a student’s current grade with a new one. Users can override student grades by selecting the grade box next to the student they wish to update. The flyout will open, and users can choose Override. They should then enter the percentage they want the student to have posted. This action will override the final grade in the gradebook and display the updated grade in the override box. To ensure school staff can review the change if needed, the user must provide a comment explaining why the override was completed.
