Extra Credit
Schools can give student extra credit for assignments that are graded by percentage or points only. The way to give extra credit is to give the student extra points. The extra credit assignment has to be at least 1 point. The school cannot have an assignment that is zero points.
Example:
- Assignment 1 is 10 points. The student got 2 extra credit points. The teacher would put in 12 points for the student.
- Assignment 2 is graded by percentage (100%). The student got 20% more for extra credit. The school would grade the student with a 120%.

AE-Connect provides schools with special marks to use for grading assignments. The special marks can all have a value attached to them. Schools who are wanting to add a value or update the value should reach out to the AE-Connect team to update for them.
