Admissions
*ONLY for Schools using our AE-Connect Plus with our Advanced Admissions.
Admissions had a bug where if an Task(Action) was reassigned or assigned to a new staff member the new staff member could not see the action on their login or mark them as complete. This has been corrected. The users can now add, or remove staff from the Task (action) in the Admission Process and it will update on the user account.
Grid Edit
May 2025 we implemented Grid Edit. Grid Edit enables the display of multiple students and fields in a single view for purposes of updating. Grid Edit enables schools to download the fields as a CSV for manipulation and other uses. Grid Edit Guide
August 2025 we updated Grid Edit to hide Conference and System users from the Staff data.
Reports
Enrollment Report
Enrollment Report was filtering some students using last year's grade level. This has been updated and it is filtering correctly. Enrollment Report

Report Cards
AE-Connect has added the ability to Publish Report Cards in the Review View of Report cards in the Report Card section.
School
School Years
AE-Connect added the ability to switch between years. Users who have permissions via the Security group can now navigate between year in AE-Connect using the year switcher next to the school name.
Special Marks
AE-Connect has added the ability for school admin users to update values or add the special marks for the entire school. Special Mark Guide
Students
AE-Connect has create the ability to populate the Student's preferred name throughout AE-Connect. The school can add the student preferred name in the Student Account and that will display in several areas. Please see the Student Preferred Name Guide for more information.
Staff
AE-Connect has added the ability for a staff members preferred name to appear in the Staff list, Messages, and the Student and Parent Portals. Staff Member Guide
