Admissions

1. Spanish Inquiry Form: Schools using AE-Connect Plus with our Advanced Admissions now will have access to a Spanish version of the Inquiry form.

2. Schools using AE-Connect Plus with our Advanced Admissions will now be able to manual create forms in Spanish. The user will have to manually translate their forms to Spanish and assign Spanish processes to parents.

Assignments

Updated Edit an Assignment so Assignment attachments can be deleted.

Data Rollup

Updated the Data Rollup code to add CUM GPA to exports for high school students. This should clear all your CUM GPA errors.

Messages

1. Messages will now display the number of unread messages and show plain icon when all messages are unread.
2. Updated Messages to make more efficient sending when choose large number of recipients. (the user will not see a difference. )

Portals

1. Shared Documents_Parent Portal: AE-Connect has created an area for schools to upload documents that will display in the Parent Portal for parents to view. See the Shared Document guide for more information.

2. Special Marks: When a teacher used EX to grade an assignment the assignmetn of the grade will now display as excused int he Student and Parent portals. assignment. For more information on special marks see this guide.

3. Student Portal: Students are now able to change between quarters in their parent portal.

Reports

1. Update all reports to include "Run Report. " User will have to select "Run Report" to populate a report. The reason for this to be able to run reports more efficiently for the users.

2. Provide Teacher filters to most reports.

3. Include "Remote Learning" from the scheduling > school calendar checkbox to display on the School Calendar report. For more information on Remote Learning see guide.

4. New Report! Student/Parent Report: The new report includes student name, address, student date of birth, parent name and emergency contacts.

School Profile

1. Email Log: AE-Connect has created an Email log where users who have permission can see if the emails have been sent, delivered, opened and bounced. See Email Log guide for more information.

2. Shared Documents_Parent Portal: AE-Connect has created an area for schools to upload documents that will display in the Parent Portal for parents to view. See the Shared Document guide for more information.

3. Shortened tab names in School Profile. Here are the changes.

Minor Updates

Admissions

• Update to Admissions for inquiry fields to populate into forms
• Remove inquiry email when a process is added to new student

Assignments

• Update Delete assignment flyout so it shows a loading icon

Report Cards

• Update School PDF and School Zip report cards download to include PK Development Tracker reports.

Students

• Re-Order Grade Level in Next year Grade Level in Student Profile
• Resize Date of Birth text box for students to see the entire date.
• Sort denomination A-Z in student account.
