Student Grade Level Updates
- Grade level moved to the student profile page.
- Added grade level history tracking
The grade level has been moved from the Student Account to the Student Profiles page. Grade Level history has also been added. The grade level history can be accessed by selecting the icon next to grade level.
Student Sidebar UI Refresh
The interface has been refined for enhanced clarity and usability. The student sidebar now displays the grade level and distinctly highlights the selected student’s name. Additionally, the sidebar has been optimized for improved accessibility and includes the functionality to access the action menu (yellow +) when the student sidebar is activated.
Custom Report Card Builder
Create and customize report cards to fit your needs.
⚠️ Important:
Custom Reports are reserved for administrative users, as the tool allows access to data for all students, parents, and staff. See the Permissions Settings section at the end of this guide for more information.
New Permissions for Custom Staff Fields
Greater control over staff custom fields. AE-Connect allows schools to create custom fields for staff. Those custom fields are now controlled with permissions. Only those with permissions are allowed to view and/or edit the custom staff fields.
Transcript Enhancements
Transfer, AP, and Honors designations are now displayed on transcripts. Schools utilizing the checkboxes for AP or Honors courses will have these designations reflected on student transcript records. Additionally, transcript records will indicate Transfer status when the record is identified as a transfer.
Quarter Locking
AE-Connect enables users to lock terms. Locking a term restricts any modifications to the classes, assignments, grades, term grades, skills and report cards within that term.
Advanced Admissions Improvements
Added the ability to Easily delete unwanted forms and processes. Schools are allowed to delete processes and forms that are no longer wanted or needed.
Processes can be deleted if they are not assigned to the student in the current admissions year.
Forms are allowed to be deleted if they are not assigned to a process in the current admissions year.

Transcript Update
Full graduation date (MM/DD/YYYY) now displays.
The school can add graduation date to each student in Student Profile. The graduation date will now appear on the high school transcripts.

Improved usability and navigation.

Missing Assignment Report
Now shows only students with missing assignments.
Edit Class Update

Multilingual Messaging
AE-Connect will introduce an enhanced user interface for messaging, enabling users to compose and send messages & texts in multiple languages tailored to parents' language preferences. The initial launch will support the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Haitian Creole, Hmong, Burmese, Korean, Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese, and Filipino.
Event Calendar
Easy to use calendar to share school events with parents and students.
Conference Dashboard & Controls
Streamlined management tool for conferences to set conference defaults to all schools.
